What the day may look like
A fun and flexible flow designed to help kids move, play, connect, and enjoy time outside.
10:00–10:30 — Welcome + icebreaker games
10:30–11:15 — Beginner-friendly yoga
11:15–11:30 — Snack/water break
11:30–12:30 — Outdoor games + fun activities
12:30–1:15 — Pizza lunch + social time
1:15–2:00 — Group games + fun closing activity

Safety is our top priority. At IFO, we keep our groups small so we can provide attentive supervision and a more personal experience. An IFO team member remains on-site throughout the event, while activities are led by experienced instructors.
